When you order a whole beef you are able to select how you would like it cut and packaged. If you are unsure on choices we are happy to go through it with you. 
$8.50/lb based on hanging weight.
Our carcasses weigh between 500-600 lbs.
Cost is between $4250 - $5000  cut, wrapped, and delivered. 
Our wait times for beef orders are around 3 months
Because we raise our own beef, we have this waiting period to ensure availabllity and quantity available.
